Punitive policies in corruption cases by Kosovo Courts

Pristine, 03 June 2021 – FOL Movement, Debate Center and Internews Kosova have started the series of lectures on legal provisions and investigation procedures in the field of corruption. Labinot Leposhtica from Kallxo.com was the first lecturer in this series.

Lecture by Mr. Leposhtica focused on punitive policies in corruption cases by Kosovo courts. A special focus has been the regulation of penal practice according to the Criminal Code, the Code of Procedure and the Penal Policy Guide.

This serie will prooced in two forms in a virtual form and physical, over the next 10 weeks.
