Pristina, 10 June 2021 – Flutura Kusari, a legal advisor at the European Center for Freedom of the Press and Media, was the second lecturer in a series of lectures on legal provisions and investigative procedures in the field of corruption.

This lecture focused on strategic lawsuits against public participation (SLAPP LaWsuits), lawsuits which aim to intimidate and hinder the participation in public discussions of journalists, activists, organizations, academics, etc.
