Lëvizja FOL opens job vacancy for Lead Research

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop research structure and manage data collection for research projects
  • Develop methodologies, work plans, logical frameworks and draft project proposals
  • Identifies the necessary human resources for data collection and data entry
  • Monitor the quality of the research
  • Prepare analysis and make recommendations for clear and effective policy outcomes from research findings
  • Prepares and compiles analytical reports within the scope of the organization’s activity
  • Proposes an agenda for conducting research on the policies of public institutions
  • It monitors Kosovo’s public institutions and analyzes their performance
  • Prepares the final reports of research projects

 

Professional experience

  • Have completed Bachelor studies in Political Science, Public Administration, Law or other relevant fields, higher education is a priority.
  • High analytical skills and academic writing
  • English language skills
  • Experience with research projects and report writing
