The Update of the Platform of Declaration and Comparison of the assets of 307 public officials for 2010-2014

The Municipal Mayors who were elected in 2013 are 30% richer, current Government Cabinet is 15% richer than the previous one and MPs in 2014 are 2.2% richer.
Prishtina, October 31, 2014-FOL Movement held a press conference and presented the updated data of the declaration of assets of senior public officials for 2010-2014, within the Platform of Declaration and Comparison of the assets (http: / /deklarimi.levizjafol.org/).
Fidan Kalaja from FOL Movement said that in this platform is included the property of 307 senior officials from 2010 until today. The total of the assets declared by public officials involved in this platform in 2010 was € 15,977,344, while the total of the assets of senior public officials involved in this platform in 2014 is € 407,386,440 or 2449.78% higher than that in 2010.

Heads of the state
In this category have been included the heads of the state, respectively the assets declared by the presidents, prime ministers and deputy prime ministers during the period 2008-2010 and during the period 2011-2014. The total of the assets of the heads of state in the period 2008-2010 was € 1,042,827, whereas the assets of the heads of the state in the period 2011-2014 is € 215,937,139 respectively 20606.90% higher than that of the previous period.
In this category lead the assets of the Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Behgjet Pacolli which is € 215,108,975, the second in this category is the assets of the Prime Minister. Mr. Hashim Thaci which is € 694.153 and the third is the President of Kosovo Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga with the total assets of € 134.011.

Assembly
Within the platform of comparison of the declaration of assets of senior public officials is including the assets of MPs of three legislatures, namely the assets of the MPs of 2008-2010 legislature, 2011-2014 legislature and the new legislature elected in parliamentary election held in June 2014. The total amount of assets of the members of the legislature of 2008-2010 has been € 162,554,589, the amount of the legislature 2011 to 2014 has been € 143,529,289 , or -9.73% lower than the total of the assets compared to last legislature, while the assets of the MPs of the new legislature is € 146,743,636% or 2.23% higher than that of the last legislature.
In the new legislature leads the member of the parliament Mr. Ramiz Kelmendi with a total of assets of € 46,566,512, the second is the member of the parliament Mr. Hamza Balje with a total of assets of € 4,905,580, and the third is Mrs. Blerta Deliu-Kodra with a total of declared assets of € 2,857,711.

Ministers and Deputy Minister of the Government Cabinets
In this platform are included also the assets declared by ministers and deputy ministers of government cabinets during the period 2008-2011 and 2011-2014. The total of the assets of ministers and deputy ministers of the government cabinet during 2008-2011 was € 20,772,836, whereas the assets of ministers and deputy ministers of the government cabinet during 2011 – 2014 is € 23,907,667, or 15.9% higher than the assets of ministers and deputy ministers of previous cabinet.
In this category, regarding the assets declared, leads the Deputy Minister of Economic Development Mr. Ramadan Hasani with a total of assets of € 2,551,396, the second is the deputy minister of the Ministry of Public Administration Mr. Nexhmedin Kastrati with a total of assets of € 2,065,000, while the third is the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Mr. Dardan Gashi with a total of assets of € 1,159,400.

Mayors of the Municipalities
Based on the comparison of assets of the mayors during the period 2009-2013 and the mayors who came to power in 2013 which turns out to be 30.70% higher. The assets of the mayors from 2009 to 2013 was 15,912,373 € while the wealth of mayors who were elected in 2013 is € 20,797,998.
The mayor of Mitrovica Mr. Agim Bahtiri leads with a total of assets of € 7,685,000. The second is the Mayor of Peja Mr. Gazmend Muhaxheri with € 2,418,400. The third is the mayor of Obiliq Mr. Xhafer Gashi with € 2,010,612.
He also stated that we have noticed that at the Anti-Corruption Agency has not been published the assets of the new elected MPs: Adam Hodza, Besa Baftija, Labionte Murtezi-Demi, Fisnik Ismajli, Nezir Çoçaj, Pal Lekaj, Raif Qela, Sevdije Halimi, Shpejtim Bulliq (the form is not accessible). Mayors who have not declared their assets: Sami Lushtaku, Burim Berisha, Muharrem Svarqa, Vucina Jankovic (Zvecan) and mayors who have not declared the municipal wage: Begzad Sinani, Svetislav Ivanovic (Novoberda), Imri Ahmeti (Lipjan) Dragan Nikolic (Partesh), Idriz Vehapi (Rahovec).
We have also noticed that in the category of the members of the Government Cabinet, Avni Kastrati (Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Trade and Industry) has not declared his assets.

Fidan Kalaja said that when processing the data of the assets of senior officials we have noticed that some figures in the forms of the agency were not in order and we recommend the Anti-Corruption Agency to give explanations for some of these figures regarding the assets of these officials: Lutfi Haziri, in his form is declared the salaries for 2013 in the amount of 96 000 euros, Fadil Ismaili, a salary of 7000 euros, Begzad Sinani, the house in the value of 8640 euros, Gani Koci, the apartment in the value of 5912 euro and Biserka Kostic who in 2014 has stated the annual salaries for the last 4 years, and this data are not in the forms of the previous years.
