By working in close cooperation with\u00a0USAID\/JSSP, FOL and BIRN aim to improve efficiency, transparency, accountability, and public trust in the judicial\u00a0system.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this monitoring report is to present the current state of publication of judgments, considering\u00a0basic elements that should be in line with laws, regulations, and administrative instructions.
