During this meeting were discussed about the work in the Basic Court in general, with particular emphasis on the large number of cases of corruption in this court.<\/p>\n<p>The President of the Court Ms. Bytyci said that the large number of cases of this nature are a consequence of the transfer from previous years. &#8220;Apart from the transfer of cases from previous years, there is also the very small number of judges in this court,&#8221; Bytyci said, adding that although they have a budget for admission to new judges, I do not know where the job was stuck recruiting them.<\/p>\n<p>The Basic Court of Pristina has statistics officers, who are engaged in this post with a contract on act.<\/p>\n<p>This grant is funded by the Democratic Society Promotion (DSP) project &#8211; funded by the Swiss Cooperation Office in Kosovo (SDC) and the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DANIDA) and managed by the Kosovo Civil Society Foundation (KCSF).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prishtina, 20 February 2018 \u2013 Representatives from the Movement FOL met today with Ms. Af\u00ebrdita Byty\u00e7i, President of the Basic Court in Pristina.
