Co-founder of Movement FOL and currently Executive Director at Movement FOL. He has a degree in Political Sciences at the University of Prishtina. He has attended lectures at the Prishtina Politics School in 2008.

Fidan Kalaja
Program Manager - Deputy Executive Director

Fidan Kalaja is a Program manager at Movement FOL. He has a degree on Psychology at the University of Prishtina. He coordinated researches at the Researches Agency ?Prism Research? from 2008 until 2010 and at the Institute for Psychological Researches - IHP from 2006 until 2008. He used to Work as Local Analyst while compiling the Human Development Report - Energy and Development, published by UNDP in 2007.

Mexhide Demolli-Nimani
Press Office Manager

Mexhide Demolli ? Nimani is a co-founder of Movement FOL and currently Media Office Manager. She has completed studies at the Faculty of Albanian Language and Literature at the University of Prishtina. She has also completed studies at Faculty of Journalism at the University of Prishtina. She?s worked for years as a reporter in various media in Kosovo.

Fidan Cerkini
Financial manager

Fidan has ended the Faculty of Economy in University of Pristina, he is studding for Master of Economics in University of Pristina, he attended various training in the area of finance. In 2011, Fidan participated in the student conference ?Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) at the Harvard. University.

Jetmirë Bajrami
Project Coordinator

Jetmirë Bajrami is a law student at the University of Prishtina. She was the Head of High School Student Council and member of Prishtina Student Council (PSC) for two years; she also has been volunteering for the Red Cross in Prishtina from 2007 until 2009, and has coordinated several activities in Prishtina Youth Centre.

Shpetim Selmani
Administration Assistant

Shpëtim Selmani is a member and one of the founders of the modern theatre PO ? PO in Ferizaj, later he began to attend studies at the University of Prishtina at the Faculty of Philosophy ? Sociology. He has a degree in Acting and he is attending graduate studies at the Faculty of Art. He participated in several festivals abroad, some films and short movies as well and various performances including the projects within the National Theatre. He writes plays, poetry and prose. Has published a poetry book "Inside the Shell".

Ardi Shatri
Coordinator of Debate Program

Ardi Shatri is a student at the Faculty of Economics. He finished high school at the Gymnasium Sami Frasheri in Prishtina, where he attended social sciences. He was an active member for human rights for 2 years in MY INITIATIVE network. He?s been a debater of Karl Popper format for two years, participating in national competitions and twice in international competitions. He attended numerous trainings home and abroad such as ?Young Leader School (YLS)?, ?Links?, ?Learning Democracy through Basketball? etc..

Armend Mazreku
Policy analyst

Armend Mazreku is a policy analyst at Movement FOL. He got a degree on Political Sciences, currently is a student of Philosophy at the University of Prishtina. Armend has worked in the Career and Counselling Centre at University College FAMA, he was editor of a scientific newsletter and contributor for many years in the civil society sector.

Admir Salihu
Legal Counsellor

He has completed the Faculty of Law in Prishtina and had an internship at the Chamber of Counsellors; he has assisted the victims? families of Kosovo and Bosnia during the trials on war crimes in Belgrade as an observer of Fund of human rights. He was a researcher in a free legal assistance program, radio reporter. He worked as program manager at INPO, he also worked in the Middle East, in Iraq and the Far East, in Afghanistan. Since the end of the war in Kosovo, he has been an active member of civil society; he founded and led the NGO ?Democratic Forum for civil society in Ferizaj. Currently works as legal counsellor at Movement FOL and he?s a candidate for the jurisprudence exam 2011

Fikrije Sinani
Project Assistant

Fikrije Sinani is an Assistant at Movement FOL. She has completed the Faculty of Comparative Literature. She has attended several trainings on business management at American University in Kosovo.

Nora Bajrami
Researcher

Nora Bajrami is a monitor at Movement FOL. She is well experienced in media as well as in projects related mainly to safety in schools. Recently she has been working as a researcher at IQ Consulting Company. She has finished Law Faculty in the University of South-Eastern Europe in Macedonia

MEL TERSHNJAKU
Finance Assistant

Moamer Tërshnjaku has completed studies at Faculty of Economics and Philosophy as well at the University of Prishtina. He has worked as administrator for several years in a trading company.

Ramadan Ilazi

Co-founder of Movement FOL and currently assists the organization in the field of networking and fundraising. Dani has completed undergraduate studies on International Relations. Since he was granted the scholarship Chvining, he is attending graduate studies at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland on International Relations, peace and conflict studies.

Kenan Tora
Project Coordinator

Kenan Tora recently became a member of organization staff. He has a degree for International Relations from Political Sciences Faculty of Istanbul University. He has work experiences in different international conferences remarkably in Fourth United Nations Conference On the Least Developed Countries. Also he has work experiences as interpreter and Consultant in private business sector.
