Halil Matoshi
A political activists in the 90s, among the first speakers for democracy in the Association of philosophers and sociologists of Kosovo (1988), a member of politiacal party UJD (the first non-communist organization in Kosovo). Together with Blerim Shala cofounder of the Youth Parliament of Kosovo (the first pluralistic organizations, along with LDK), then co-founder of the Parliamentary Party of Kosovo, with Shala and Veton Surroi. Arrested for ?endangering the constitutional order? of the former Yugoslavia, in 1990, released innocent by the Supreme Court, after 2 weeks of arrest and the day after traveling to Washington DC, along with political leaders of Kosovo (Kosovo Alternatives) to testify in U.S. Congress on the Kosovo issue.

Head of Youth Parliament 1990 and then Acting President of the Parliamentary Party of Kosovo (1994), resigned from the post in 1995. Halil is veteran journalist and editor. Began its journalistic work in the magazine ?Bota e Re? from 1983 - 1986 and then in ?Zeri? in 2004 as journalist and editor . In the the daily ?Lajm?, editor in chief from 2004-2007. In daily ?Express?, editor from 2007-2009.

Currently works in Koha Ditore as Editor for the Culture and is a regular columnist.

- A war taken hostage by Serbian security forces on May 21, 1999 and released from the concentration camp of Pozarevac (Serbia) in January 2000.
- Three times awarded ?Journalist of the Year? in Kosovo by Kosovar journalists associations.

Gëzim Visoka
Gëzim Visoka is a PhD Candidate in Politics and International Relations at Dublin City University. He completed his MA in European Politics at the University of Sussex (Distinction), where he held an OSI/Chevening scholarship. Gëzim completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo, and also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution Skills from Coventry University. Gëzim has over five years experience working with non-profit and international organizations in Kosovo, including the UN Population Fund (UNFPA). Gëzim has been actively engaged in promoting and developing civil society, protecting human rights, and empowering the conditions of young people in Kosovo. Currently Gëzim is involved in academic teaching and researching on post-conflict peacebuilding and statebuilding, international administration, sovereignty and recognition in international politics, and ethnic and emancipatory politics.
